Utilizing the top of the line equipment, you will join 4 others for a tower pilates class. You will have your own Pilates tower, also known as half trapeze, a piece of equipment that uses arm and leg springs for resistance to enhance traditional pilates matwork. It is excellent for improving core strength, flexibility, balance and spinal mobility. This workout will lengthen and strengthen your body. It will also help you feel balanced, aligned, stretched and relaxed. Each class is 50 minutes. Non transferable Non refundable. Each class minimum of 2 students

For safety reasons: New students with no prior pilates apparatus experience MUST attend at least 3 Privates before attending group
