About Lucy


Lucy is the heart behind a boutique Pilates experience designed for those who crave something more personal than a crowded gym. With a lifelong interest in healthy living and functional movement, and 24 years in personal training certification including mat pilates, reformer, ladder barrel, Cadillac and big chair, she created a space where clients can focus on strength, flexibility, and well-being. Her sessions combine the precision of classical and Stott pilates with an approachable, down-to-earth style that welcomes all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned movers. She also is experienced in weight training, balance training and stretching. A one place studio.

Offering one on one private pilates and weight training lessons, pilates “duets” for two, and "Quartet" limited to just four participants, Lucy ensures every client gets the attention they deserve. Each session is carefully adapted to meet individual goals in a fun energetic caring way—whether that means easing back pain, building core strength, weight loss, or simply carving out time to feel good in your body.
