This is an intro Semi Private class of up to 5 students offered on reformers. Price is per each individual person and lasts 50 minutes. Each class is designed to strengthen and stretch each student. Learn the basics of reformer pilates exercises. Mixed Quartet Reformer

this reserves your spot for 1 in a class of up to 5 students. Class is 50 minutes. Price is per person. This is an all level group reformer class offering modifications for each student as needed. This one on one class is specifically designed for your needs. The trainer uses various pilates apparatus to teach the student. This might include the cadillac, the reformer, the ladder, the big chair, bosu and balance and even mat pilates. Stretching is included in this class. This class offers 1 student a spot in a class stretching on Pilates equipment in a small group of only up to 5 lstudents.

Weights & Mat Pilates

This class is reserved for max 4 students with a minimum of 2 students. Enjoy mat pilates under the stars weather permitting. Work your core, legs and upper body. Add free weights for extra resistance. Use small balance tools for even more challenge. End with a beautiful stretch. Learn how to use your own body weight to achieve your results.This class can teach you moves to take with you while your on vacation or help you add to your home workouts. Enjoy a fun night out while making friends and getting fit. Personal thick mat required, water bottle, small towel and a positive attitude. light sweatshirt in case it’s gets cool.

Tower of Power Quartet

Utilizing the top of the line equipment, you will join 4 others for a tower pilates class. You will have your own Pilates tower, also known as half trapeze, a piece of equipment that uses arm and leg springs for resistance to enhance traditional pilates matwork. It is excellent for improving core strength, flexibility, balance and spinal mobility. This workout will lengthen and strengthen your body.
