Frequently asked questions

Please bring grip socks,waterbottle and a small towel.

Please wear comfortable cool clothing that is appropriate for stretching. No flowing clothes, no tassels, no jeans, no jewelry, no watches, no zippers on clothing or metal of any kind as it can cause a safety hazard. Please secure hair up.

Each pilates class is 50 minutes long.

Specialty classes are 25 minutes long.

  • Quartet classes cannot be made up when missed as the reformer is reserved specifically for you.

  • One on one classes have a 24 hour cancelation policy

Pilates will strengthen your core, improve flexibilty and all body strength , posture, balance and body awareness. Pilates will also help ease your aches and pains and promote physical and mental wellbeing. Pilates requires a lot of control which will help in your daily activities and help prevent injuries.
