
This class is reserved for max 4 students with a minimum of 2 students. Enjoy mat pilates under the stars weather permitting. Work your core, legs and upper body. Add free weights for extra resistance. Use small balance tools for even more challenge. End with a beautiful stretch. Learn how to use your own body weight to achieve your results.This class can teach you moves to take with you while your on vacation or help you add to your home workouts. Enjoy a fun night out while making friends and getting fit. Personal thick mat required, water bottle, small towel and a positive attitude. light sweatshirt in case it’s gets cool.
