This package gives you 3 private trainings with a certified instructor over 25 Years of experience.

You will be introduced to the State of Art pilates equipment including the reformer, cadillac, chair, ladder barrel and tower, also free weights as determined by you and your instructor. This will familiarize you with the equipment so you are comfortable starting group class. Each session is designed specifically for your needs and wants to help you start on your fitness journey

This package is a stepping stone to starting group reformer practice.
